What to do with all this mustard?!?!

Apple Cider Brat with IPA pickled red onions on a fresh roll covered in our Pub Mustard!
6 Bratwurst (These were Apple Cider Brats from Bostrom Farms)
6 Fresh Rolls (These were fresh made from Martusciellos Bakery)
3 Small Red Onions
1 Cup IPA (This was Jalapeno IPA from Twin Elder Brewery)
1 Cup White Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Pickling Spice (This was from F.Oliver’s)
1 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic
Olive Oil, as needed
Pub Mustard, as needed
IPA Pickled Onions:
Bring IPA, Vinegar, Pickling Spice and Granulated Garlic to a boil. While waiting for brine to boil, peel and slice red onion. Once boiled, remove from heat and add onions. Let sit for at least 15 minutes, however a minimum of an hour is recommended.
Bratwurst: Grill for 5-7 minutes each side until juices are clear
Toasted Roll: Split roll and drizzle with Olive Oil. Place on grill or in oven until golden brown.
Assemble all components and drizzle with Maggie’s Pub Mustard. Enjoy!
