INGREDIENTS:
1 part extra virgin olive oil*
1 part balsamic vinegar*
1 part MSNM mustard of choice
*we recommend F. Oliver's extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars
PREPARATION:
Whisk oil, vinegar and mustard until emulsified
Pour over protein and turn to coat
Marinate chicken, pork and beef two hours to overnight, fish and tofu for 30 minutes to an hour
Grill, pan sear or bake to desired doneness
